Stella breaks into the Hardcore College Radio Scene in SoCal
Stella’s Debut E.P. ‘A Moment To Reflect’ debuted on U.S. college radio in Southern California this week on the Anarchy @ Palomar show with Ron Linsday and Mina.
The show featured two tracks from the album, My Night With Steve McQueen and Transparency.
Show host Ron Linsday exclaimed, “ I love this album, The hardcore scene in Vancouver is really exploding right now with some very cool bands and we are definitely following some incredible bands from the area”.
The Punk/Hardcore scene in the Southern California is legendary with bands like ‘Black Flag and Wurm leading the charge to innovation in the Punk/Hardcore genre in the late 70’s and 80’s and that tradition still carries on with current Hardcore bands like Dance Gavin Dance and Chiodos.

May 2009 - STELLA’S Debut EP “A Moment To Reflect” Goes Into Post Production
The day is drawing near on the highly anticipated release of “A Moment To Reflect” the debut EP from STELLA. The band has busted their asses to lay down the tracks on the 6 songs that make up their inaugural effort and project is now in post-production.
For those fans that have seen Stella live and have waited patiently for the release of “ A Moment To Reflect”, we at Arc Of The Universe are sure your patience will be greatly rewarded with an outstanding first effort from Stella.
The band is in rehearsal preparing for what is sure to be an ass kicking, take no prisoners summer tour to follow up the release of the new EP.

May 2009 - Stella begins recording their debut EP.
Stella, the hard hitting young rock band that hails from Surrey, B.C. has begun recording their, yet to be named, debut EP with Arc Of The Universe Music Inc.
The six song EP will showcase Stella's intense passion, with songs that move through pounding rhythms interlaced with psychedelic mood changes and outright progressive art rock overtones. Their passion and intensity is articulated with a healthy dose of Ryan and Sam's intense vocals, ranging from passionate melody lines to "run for your life" death growls.
Their passion and dedicated to both their craft and each other exemplifies what we are all about here at Arc Of The Universe Music and we are proud to be a part of this up and coming "kick ass" rock band.
